Dr. Ebtihaj Al A’Aali is an associate professor. She worked for University of Bahrain. She holds a Ph.D. In Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology from University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom. Her research interests are mainly women in management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational theory, Business Ethics , management change and Islamic philosophy. She published many articles in different journals. She as well co-edited two books published by IGI Global.
Meryem Masmoudi is Assistant Professor of Management at the Applied Science University, Kingdom of Bahrain. She holds a PhD in Management from University of Tunis (2013). She has been involved in teaching and research in the areas of management, organizational change and development and management science. Meryem has published research papers in top international refereed journals (ANOR, JORS, ITOR, INFOR).
