I really got a lot out of this book, especially when it comes to learning about the difficulties that relationships can have. This book focuses on the many mistakes that people have made in past relationships, and what not to do in building a new relationship. Though I wish I had known about this book years earlier, it might have saved me a lot heartache, but we each have to learn from our own mistakes.

Really does help to look back while moving forward in relationships and reflections of what matter to you and the people that surround you now.
