About this ebook

After discovering that saving millions of lives rests on the shoulders of a brilliant computer expert, a lone wolf pilot will do whatever it takes to bring her to safety in this classic story, originally published as Leverage, from USA TODAY bestselling author Janie Crouch!

Former operative turned pilot Dylan Branson has one mission: deliver vital codes to Omega Sector before millions of lives are lost. Surprisingly, the codes reside in the photographic memory of Shelby Keelan, a beautiful computer expert who’s so far survived two murder attempts. Used to doing things solo, Dylan will get Shelby to Washington, DC, then walk away. So he’s stunned to discover she’s as much a loner as he is—and how much that appeals to him. Now, with both their lives in danger after his plane is sabotaged midair, Dylan no longer thinks of Shelby as just a job. Or that he’ll be able to let her go once it’s over.

The fourth Omega Sector book is Dylan and Shelby's story. I've been waiting for Dylan's story since the beginning, and it is everything I expected and more. These two have their differences, but Shelby is exactly what Dylan needs in his life - the catalyst to get him to start living his life again, to move on, and to heal. This whole series has been a wild ride full of danger and romance, and these wonderful characters are the kind that make you want to drop back in and visit from time to time. All in all, Secret is another great story in a series of great stories.

I liked every book in this series but I have to say that this one was probably my favorite. As somewhat of an introvert and someone that doesn't trust easily, I felt a strong connection to Dylan and Shelby. I just loved witnessing the sparks they generated and the unexpected, growing feelings between them. Aside from the blooming romance and deep emotion, the gripping storyline offers lots of excitement, action, drama, tension and suspense. A simply wonderful book in a terrific series. I'm electing to post a candid review.

Dylan has been a staple in the background of his siblings’ books, and I’ve been impatiently waiting to learn more about his story. His truth wasn’t anything I had been expecting. Shelby just made me smile. She’s what I like to think I’d be if I were the heroine of a book: quirky and awkward but still totally kick-butt. And one hundred percent brain over brawn. I loved absolutely everything about this book, except for the fact that it’s over now. I’m a greedy little reader and I still want more of the extended Branson family. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author.
