About the author

Adison Chan has been the top exclusive sales and marketing expert in many industries, including real estate for over 20 years. Adison Chan started off his career as a Sales Assistant at the Retail & Departmental Store. His 3-year experiences as a Sales Assistant laid him the foundation for sales, marketing and strategy planning. In year 1995, his journey in real estate began when he joined Local Established Real Estate Agency as a negotiator. Within 5 years, he managed to lead a team and sell over 30 units of landed property located at Townshend Homes, Australia and more than 200 units of condominium located at Vista Millennium, Puchong Perdana, West Malaysia. Later, he succeeded to secure the tender of 5 years contract as a property management for Sarawak Forestry Corporation, owned by Sarawak State Government. He also managed to secure a reasonable rental and 50 units of offices throughout East Malaysia.

 

His accomplishments in real estate industry didn’t stop even during a recession in year 2007. Instead, within 3 months, he managed to sell all 42 units of property although all the housing loans were tightened and the approval rates were very low with strategic marketing planning. To date, with his great passion towards real estate and dynamic personality, he dedicates to provide professional advice and increase awareness among the public about mortgage management. He teaches home buyers or purchasers on how to shorten their loan tenure from 35 years to 5-10 yrs through mortgage management strategy. What brings him the most joy, is the solution he provided, has helped the home owners to save 50% of the mortgage loan interest payable to bank as well as loan tenure. 

 

Adison is a visionary leader who aims to set up a complete one-stop-centre worldwide for the property investors so that all the purchase, selling or renting procedures, even for their next generation, can be done at ease. In the next 10 year, his goal is to lead his team to expand his property consulting service to whole Malaysia and also enter into 7 countries, including Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Australia, and Canada.
