One of the best comprehensive documents on the subject of watt-based running that I have read. As an amateur runner, it's useful to understand the training theory and have a well put together book that can be used as a reference. I am already using the principles and suggestions in the book in my training and races and I can clearly see that I am getting closer to my expected results!
