About the author

E.M. Foster grew up in New York City, a few blocks from the infamous Apollo Theatre in Harlem, and has always had a passion for writing. When she wasn't making up characters in her mind, she was doodling or jotting down her thoughts on whatever paper she could find. In fact, she attempted to write a book when she was 19, but the words didn't come because it wasn't yet her time. She had more living to do and more experiences to go through.

Following the dissolution of her marriage and after she left her job as an assistant on the trading floor of a top investment banking firm, E.M. Foster really got in-tune with her writing. This time, when she put her pen to the paper, the words flowed like water down a stream.

She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with her fiancé and children. She is a major sports fan who loves to read, cook, laugh, go on long walks, and spend time with her family and friends.
