Giovanni Schiuma is Scientific Director of the Centre for Value Management at the Università degli Studi della Basilicata in Italy and Visiting Professor at the University of Cambridge. He is also Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management and Adjunct Professor at Tampere University of Technology, Finland. Schiuma is recognized as a leading scholar on strategic knowledge assets management and measurement. His research, training and consulting focus on linking knowledge assets and organization behavior to strategic performance management and organization value creation. Schiuma is strongly involved in Executive Education running seminars for public and private organizations. He has authored or co-authored more than 120 publications, including books, articles, research reports and white papers on a range of research topics particularly embracing Knowledge Asset and Intellectual Capital Management, Performance Measurement and Management, Knowledge-based dynamics, Artful Management for Organizational development.
