台兒診所主要提供孕婦們產前中期胎兒篩檢，主張將胎兒醫學從婦產科中獨立，將「產檢」及「胎檢」分流，由產科醫師顧好「媽媽」、由專長胎兒醫學醫師顧好「胎兒」，並根據英國胎兒醫學基金會，孕婦皆應於妊娠11-13週時執行早期篩檢，依據風險將孕婦分流，若屬高危險群，交由專科醫師及醫療團隊照護及追蹤；若數低風險群，則留於一般的常規產檢照護。透過「媽媽看產檢、寶寶看胎檢」的分流機制，讓媽媽及胎兒得到最完善的個別化照護。
2015年1月創刊台兒通訊，每逢月初出刊，整合台兒診所的最新訊息、胎兒超音波知識、衛教保健及活動後記的月刊。
