The app used to be very easy to use. Now it adds subscriptions of products I didn't choose to my cart and doesn't add the things that I DO choose or adds too many. Then it lags/freezes when I try to delete things. I don't trust checkout because I'm not confident my list is correct. After the new update, the app became unusable. Please PLEASE fix these bugs. I love these products.

I love Grove itself, but they updated their app and website in early 2025, and the app is awful. It rarely loads on my Samsung Android, and when it does, it takes several minutes to open. once in the app it's slow and crashes. I have a monthly subscription, but this is so bad that I'm considering canceling because it's too cumbersome to deal with .

Ever since the upgrade this app does not work right. It takes forever to load and more times then not the items I added into the cart don't go into the cart at all. I've tried multiple times and just get frustrated. On top of that the app freezes and "has stopped responding" and I have to force close it. I have been wanting to place an order for a while now but can't get the app to even search an item without it failing to work.
