I've heard more negative than positive things about this app. Gave it a try when something I needed to replace popped up. Then seemingly got lucky with the wheel for 6 free items. Now I'm stuck at the verification prompt. Seems impossible to select identical objects that are not in both figure 1 and figure 2... (Why is the prompt this complicated?) Seeing a lot of comments that's it's actually a scam, and there seems to be no elaboration about it just apologies. Great sign...

Absolutely love Temu. The wonderful app has so many useful products, deals, and promotions. They back their shipping dates with credit back to your account if products don't arrive on time. They have an easy return process, or they give you a temu credit, and you can still keep your products if the issue is reasonable. I purchased so much stuff from them. I actually look and go to temu before Amazon or Walmart, better deals, easier refunds. issues solved quickly and amazing service.

I love the selection of items available and the prices are always fair. I am getting tired of the "here's some credit, but ooop! you have to spend money first!" I mean if I've already made a purchase and you want to credit something for that, cool. but stop getting my hopes up when I'm between paychecks and the holidays are coming up. I look forward to continuing to be a customer though.
