Ratings and reviews

Though it is easy to book a ticket with the App, yet there is no support. The App doesn't have any windows to select meal, select seat nor add additional baggage weight. And if you call their hotline or write to WingOn by email, they will just tell you to do it by yourself. Therefore, I definitely will not suggest using the App, unless you are in a hurry to book a ticket. Again, this App is no good, their service sucks!

The app doesn't support English and it doesn't let you review what you order before confirmation. Be careful when you click the next step button. The confirmation email doesn't come instantly. It is very confusing and it costs you $$$$$ to change. Just order from other travel sites.

I have used this App to booking all my family travel air tickets and entrance tickets for attractions in the past 1.5 years. Good things are: easy to use, instant confirmation of booking, good prices in general. Not so good: No English language option (important when I book tickets for my maid!!), no add-on options for air tickets booking (well some add on options are included in the ticket choices, reflected by different prices, very difficult to check).
