I use the app a lot and love it. The exception is that practically every item with the 로켓배송 comes in it's own box. It's not bad when it's 1-2 items but if you are ordering a lot because you cant go out or are moving and need to restock, it's annoying. Also, a lot of scams with no repercussions to the scam vendors. Items with English names are always significantly more expensive than if you search for the same thing in Korean. Also, not very foreigner friendly. If you know a basic amount of Korean and are willing to put in the time to translate stuff, it's fine and navigable. But for more specific things, even with translating, no English makes things difficult.

they charge money for wow membership for different benifits like rocket delivery, rocket fresh in which you get fast delivery. but on my location, i receive products after 3 to 5 days. coupang eat also not available. when i cancel the membership, it is not allowing me to place a single item. when i go to buy it, it shows add more products to process my order and the minimum amount should be 300,00 won. if i don't want free delivery for that item, not force me to add more things

Coupang officials are illiterate in English or what idk. But if you type your name in English then they can't confirm if the person's name is accurate or not. I even contacted the customer care for help. Sent all the documents and everything they asked. And still they can't verify. Disgusting.
