Ratings and reviews

the app is better than the desktop, but this is not user friendly for time entry. it's too difficult to see your overall entries, and copying entries from prior periods is effectively worthless. also. the fingerprint sign-in essentially doesn't work, as I am asked to re-enable it every time I sign, which requires a password and defeats the purpose of the fingerprint sign in.

The app was working just fine until recently. Now it barely let's me login. Constantly gives an error message saying login was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource bla bla bla... Sitting at my desk or in the parking lot, still get that message. It's not just me, it's happening to everybody in the shop.

This is one of the most inconvenient apps I’ve ever used. I can’t believe my company switched to it. It doesn’t load properly on certain operating systems, and there’s no direct support—you’re forced to go through your company just to get help. Something as simple as logging in, clocking in, or accessing pay information becomes unnecessarily time consuming and frustrating.
