Ratings and reviews

Unreliable. I regularly experience an error, that reddit leards me to believe has been occurring for at least 3 years globally across various users, where the "check in" button or option is not present. In order to clock in I must specifically search for "check in" and root through the results. I am forced to use this app for work. If I had a personal choice, I would not use it for anything.

you have to reset your password so often. and it's a struggle. not even my bank asks for so much security staff.. and now I'm updating my review. now it won't let me use biometrics or pin. and you have to be connected to your work WiFi's. it's a struggle to log in. and now my work hours went down because of this app. trying to login and all passwords reset. and frozen. I lost time

The app was working just fine until recently. Now it barely let's me login. Constantly gives an error message saying login was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource bla bla bla... Sitting at my desk or in the parking lot, still get that message. It's not just me, it's happening to everybody in the shop.
