Ratings and reviews

for a mobile app, this is really bad. Half the options are off the side of the screen, but it won't rotate either. I have to go in to the office if I need to do anything but clock in or out. Since I can't clock in or out when my phone isn't close to my workplace, I can't really use that either. It's basically useless to me. The desktop version is better, though somewhat confusing. Someone at work must have gotten wined and dined into buying this.

So I use this for my work and the app works ok. nothing crazy different from a number of other time tracking apps but my biggest complaint is logging in. I use android and it logs me out after straight up 90 seconds of inactivity. this wouldn't be such an issue if logging in were easy. However, even when you enable biometric log in or pin setup it doesn't work and forces you to use your email and password each time. It makes using this app very frustrating.

No matter how many updates, I've always had issues logging in. I can change my password, copy and paste it and it would still be wrong. The only time it works is with single-use sign on. Then my biometrics and pin never work. Takes me to the login page every time. It's been years and never gets better. I hate that my company uses this now.
