Ratings and reviews

Very long time user, and I wish to give this app more stars, but it has become more confusing to use. Often, the auto-nav won't run, and I ain't got time to be reading the screen for directions when I'm driving. Using a road map is far less frustrating than using the app. I was about to delete this app forever, but just got an update that "seems" to have fixed the problem, so will run it awhile again. I prefer the old UI setup, and i hope i dont have further issues, because the G app is worse.

The search results are not reliable. It's taken me to a location where the store that I searched for didn't exist. Today, it gave me the wrong hours for the business I searched for and the wrong phone number. I've had to restart my trip on multiple occasions when the app seemed to get lost. When I click on "give feedback," there's no email address. If you expect anyone to pay for this monthly, you've got a long way to go.

It was a great app before you forcibly upgraded it on me. Hint: if it's not broken, don't fix it. It's virtually impossible to exit out of an ongoing route, leaving the app to run continuously in the background, drain my battery, and constantly sending me icons/messages of my route, which I can't exit out of. I've uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. To no avail. Go back to the original version. It worked.
