App experience is just blah overall. I hate that you can't "favorite" items anymore. You hit the heart and nothing happens. No error. Just nothing. I saw on Reddit that they limit favorites to 200 max. So not only is the UI broken but also.. Why? That's just dumb. Either way, they have some error handling improvements to make. And you have to dig through your account settings to find your favorites instead of your likes/loves surfaced right on the main toolbar.

It's been almost a year and their so called tech support still has not fixed the issue preventing me from buying anything online. Hours wasted, constantly having me repeat the same steps, never getting back to me when they say they will. Currently trying to use all my points in store and have started shopping at Sephora instead.

Newest complaint of the app & website: I can no longer make ANY purchases. It says there is something wrong with my card (the one I have been using for at least 2 years), so I add it again as if it's new. Says there's something wrong. Enter a completely different card, says there's something wrong. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the 3 different payment methods I have used. You'll take a gift card, but credit/debit payments pull an error message.
