False advertising at its best. It's a membership. I signed up and connected my account. I am only eligible for $25. Really?! What is the point? 30 minutes wasted setting all this up for $25! Ridiculous. You have to do all sorts of BS to increase the limit. Like surveys. SMH Its crazy how they say its not based on credit. They want you to link your bak accounts. In that case I should have been approved for more than $25. There is zero point to borrow $25 and have t9 pay those fees.

Beware! The first transaction went smoothly. The second one I was charged a few for an instant transfer. They didn't make it clear that it was not the same as before and when the money didn't show in my acct two days later I questioned this and they tell me that I paid to instantly put it in a Dave acct. Nor my bank acct. So now I have a second fee to do that. Ridiculous! I won't be using this app again.

It started off great, was always reliable and was there when I needed it. However since I started using it, the available amount has continued decreasing (even though i have never missed a repayment). I have tried to reach out to ask why, and I am told that the AI makes the decision and there is nothing that can be done. The chat agents also like to end the interaction randomly because they decide that they are done with the conversation. Really disappointed in the customer service.
