Amazing app worth the subscription. Sound quality is just as good as advertised, although some albums do have confusing labeling. Certain albums are labeled as 'Max' quality, even though some songs are not available in 'Max' quality. Also a minor gripe is when adding a song to play next, it adds it to it's own separate queue that can't be repeated instead of just adding it to the current one. All things that can be worked out though, and still a service worth every penny.

Lauded for its enhanced audio, and Dolby Atmos selections, the volume on only these tracks are extremely muted. A Samsung phone with Samsung Q series high end speakers, both with Atmos enabled, should be incredibly straightforward. Instead of a highlight, it's a drawback. This has been a persistent issue for years and there is no solution online. I have to remove the tracks from my playlist and there are no non-Atmos variations of the tracks. So essentially they simply don't exist. Cancelling.

Great app! High sound quality, pays artists more than other streaming apps, doesn't host misinformation podcasts. Only drawback is no EQ! But there are apps to cover that. If you love music, Tidal is the way to go. I delayed because I had been on Spotify for something like 12 years and had over 2,000 songs saved in the catalog and thought re-creating all those playlists would be too brutal, but Tidal has a transfer feature and all playlists were transferred perfectly in just minutes.
