About this app

The Versatrans My Stop mobile app provides access to bus information and student ridership data. My Stop accesses GPS data and gives parents and guardians secure access to information on where their child’s school bus is and what time it is expected to be at their stop. My Stop also provides notifications when a student scans on or off the bus, or when the bus is late leaving the garage. School districts can also send mass notifications to all subscribed users to inform them of general information such as school delays and closings.

Versatrans My Stop is only available to families in school districts that use Versatrans to manage student transportation. Ask your district if they provide their parents with access to Versatrans My Stop.

Ratings and reviews

To call this an app is a stretch. It does not update location while looking at it. If you leave the app and come back, it drops to the login screen saying login error. You have to close and open it again. The ETA varies so wildly every time you look that you can't even really use it. Just this morning, the ETA changed by 5 minutes in 2 minutes of checking. The actual location of the bus is also around 5 minutes delayed. We would be better off not having it, this app is a safety concern with kids

4/2025 does not always work. Do better! update 9/2025 same thing. not once in 2 weeks of school this year has this worked. it shows our stop and gives a time that's never right but it never shows where the bus is at, how close or even when it left the school parking lot. what's the point of an app that doesn't work? also, the pictures of what the app should look like, my stuff doesn't look like that. no option for the dark version, but my phone is set to dark.

Does not tell me when my child gets to school. I have to log into this app separately for each of my children to try and track their bus. Would be nice if all students were available on one instead of having to sign in separately for each one. One of my child's routes states not active but it's running. No notifications options. Have no idea what scan is for. Very stressful and tedious. Not liking this app. I liked First view app alot better even though sometimes that did not work.
