Horrible practices. 1) Makes you load your account with $5 min instead of charging card directly- I only needed to use it once at a conference, so I wasted the remainder. 2) you can't reopen the washer after starting it, so if you forget detergent or accidentally leave something inside it and discover 30 seconds later, you're SOL.

This app is worse than trash. Your app cannot locate my laundry room(1 Western Avenue Boston02163）, nor can I use your app to operate any washing machine, and request refunds. I have lost 8 dollars and sent 9 email to your customer service, but nobody solve my problem and return my money.

Overall good experience. The issues I've experienced were that sometimes the machine pairing process was quite long if switching to another laundry room.
