The machines at my hotel have been dead since July. Card readers never work, the app is worthless, and service requests go ignored. This company operates like maintenance is optional. Guests are left hunting for quarters because nothing actually functions. Unreliable, unresponsive, and genuinely one of the worst service apps I’ve ever used.

went to a terminal and found out it's nonfunctional. Refund is by check which means most of the cost and wait time will cost more than the refund itself. Customer service was at least prompt, but when the end result is mostly a loss it's hard to be optimistic.

When you enter the machine # it states, "invalid machine," when you call you can only have issues during normal business hours, and when you submit through the other application it states, "Processing," but cannot be traced by the callers or by the online verification. I have lost almost $10 since 3/4, and now a family of 3 tried to dry their clothes, and the dryer is still not drying efficiently like one of the heating elements went out.
