Really slow - Every section takes too long to load. I think that the development team is not properly caching the requests done in this app. Every call takes a long time to load any information, to check availability or to load a new machine takes more than 3-4 minutes to complete. The old app was smooth, this one seems to have too much noise on top of making the process to do laundry less easy.

To add time to the dryer, you can only do 5 minutes at a time and you have to go through the entire scan process to even get the option. The usability is atrocious, CSC app would let me just type the number and immediately let me start. Oddly enough, they did fix the problem where the only way to tell which machines are available is to head to the laundry room, which is a very welcome improvement.

only rating one star because I'm not able to rate it zero stars. It's amazing to me how someone could take such a bad system, and make it SO MUCH WORSE. app is slow as can be. you're forced to give them access to the info of literally every device you walk past. you cannot use it offline, you cannot in any way use it without giving them full access to Bluetooth and nearby devices. tries to load every washer and dryer near you simultaneously, making it incredibly slow and annoying. avoid it!
