I can’t access my personal information, contracts, or invoices. I log in with the correct credentials, but the app just sends me back. I also can’t change my password because it asks me to log out first — which makes no sense. This has been broken for over a year, both in the app and the online portal. These are basic features that should simply work. By law, I must have access to my invoices. 😡

Hallo Alisa Kanarskaya, danke für deine aktualisierte Bewertung. Bitte versuche folgendes: Öffne Chrome (bzw. den genutzten Browser) am Handy. Gehe zu Einstellungen > Website-Einstellungen. Tippe auf „Alle Websites“. Suche die Website (o2online), von der du Cookies löschen möchtest. Lösche die Cookies. Anschließend kannst du dich wieder einloggen.

The app simply doesn’t work. I can’t log in, can’t view my contract, and constantly get “technical error” messages. My contract expired and I can’t renew anything because both the app and website are broken. The chatbot keeps telling me to “use the app” even though the app itself is unusable. Completely stuck with no support. This needs to be fixed urgently.

So many problems with logging in.. Edit to respond: the same issues that so many people have when logging in: "Da hat etwas nicht geklappt" or the fact that I cannot even login in with a code from my messages. Also, sometimes the option for code login appears, sometimes it doesn't. Like other users, I have tried with erasing the cache, reinstalling the app, and still nothing. Edit 2: I can login on the website but it's useless for recharging the prepaid card. I can only buy the option with a SIM
