About this app

The APS eSELFSERVE mobile app provides employees with convenient and secure access to important tools and information.

Employees can easily view their personal information, pay stubs, tax forms, and work schedule. In addition, employees can quickly clock in and out, and request time off.

Please note that the eSELFSERVE mobile app is only available to authorized customers of APS.

Since the recent update, the only type of time off request that is submitted is FMLA, the first item in the drop-down. I selected Vacation, but FMLA was submitted. This has happened twice. I am also now required to enter a comment regardless of the type of time off selected. This does not happen on the website. It seems to me someone made changes to the app and didn't properly test those changes.

Being able to clock in or out is a coin flip. Usually biased to it not working. Errors used to say, "Something went wrong." Now it just says "Main text." It can't even display an error message properly anymore. Worked fine before the update that refreshed and changed a lot of the UI. Now, it barely works at all.

This app is bad. The buttons don't always display where you can see them. Right now for example it wants me to change my password but doesn't have an OK button anywhere. Neither does the desktop version, so I just can't login to my account right now.
