It's probably the worst insurance app I've ever used. The assistant thing is extremely slow and never has the options that you need, even the super obvious ones. For example it's impossible to add a car to the policy, which is one of the most basic thing a car instance should be able to do. Filling a claim also goes through the chat assistant, and it's incredibly painful, it takes ages to fill in (a form would 100x better). Really sad that they bought Metromile, their app was awesome.

Terrible app. Poor UX, and full of bugs preventing you to do basic things such as adding a new policy and select the start date. Customer support speed is fine (not super fast, but as long as you are not in a rush, that's acceptable) but they don't read the details sent and give directions that don't work, not checking that the bug exists on the app, and ignoring screenshots sent. A bit frustrating.

This App seriously needs to add the ability to pre-pay in advance (full amount, partial amounts, future amounts) Too many times have I taken money out of my checking just for the app to say they can't charge my debit cart now I've got to re-add my debit card entirely to make it try again. Otherwise it just keeps texting me without trying the card on file again.
