This is the third time this app has asked me to rate it while ive been going in circles trying to file. The bugs are getting annoying. worked fine up until the end when and now im going in circles signing in getting logged out randomly, the app freezing, the software telling me theres an error on my state return but wont show me what it is, ai is usesless for help, the app crashes when I try and get live help. At this point I would almost rather do this on paper.

I have used this software many years, and it seems less helpful every year. A feature that seems missing is the year-to-year comparisons for my returns. This year, the software imported personal and employer profile information from the previous year, but nothing comparing return info to help with adjusting withholding. The software is still useful in working through various aspects of filing, and it helped identify an error reported on my W-2, but my tax prep takes longer with no better outcome

I found this way easier than turbo tax. Incomes and taxes were roundest to the nearest dollar, too. I found items on the state returns that turbo tax never even had, and it got me a way better state return. If there is one thing that needs improvement, it is the lag that occurs if you step away from the app. I had to get my bank details, and when I returned, the Green 🟢 wouldn't stop spinning. After rebooting my phone and logging in again, everything else was right where i left off. Thanks!
