Don't order from Namshi. I had ordered from them many times and made returns without issues. Then suddenly they changed their policies. I returned a belt and received no notifications/emails for weeks so I checked the app and see return rejected. So now they are keeping the belt (which they didn't return to me) as well as my money which they didn't refund. Customer service was clueless and unhelpful.

I tried to check out but the app need to sign in first. I tried to sign in and as per by the app, The OTP will send to my email. But unfortunately I did not received any OTP, i tried a couple of times, not 1 OTP came. I called the customer care and told me that they will contact me for 2 days. 2 days? 2 days is long enough. what if that items on my basket will be out of stock since its on sale. Why do I need to create an account. some apps can continue as guest.

So I ordered some products at discounted rates and they cancelled my order by themselves, I wasted my time, slected so many articles and these people didn't took a second to cancel them all without any reason. So pathetic and unprofessional, basically they are playing and making fool.
