waste of time this App is which is so so so slow,once you do online check in you cannot add extra luggage or choose seat selection,even on return journey you cannot do anything. other airline apps like Qatar and Emirates have the ability to make seat and luggage changes,you go to a better airlines and you get q better experience.The airline is a mediocre version of the other middle Eastern airlines and a far far way to go before they reach their standards either by web app,on-board experience

Worst airline app ever. Spent 20-30 minutes easily to book a ticket. Worse than pathetic performance. If I were the developer of this app, I would switch professions immediately instead of embarrassing myself and agonizing public. It crossed my mind at lease thrice to book with salam air instead, and I would have if price difference was not big. Yes, I would have actually paid slightly more if it meant I didn't need to use this pathetic user experience. I spent 15 minutes on loading animation.

Dreadful service. Oman Air unilaterally cancelled my flight. It's been 4 weeks and I've sent 5 emails and no response after their initial email. Local office is hopeless and recommends I contact the web refund team which doesn't reply. No one interested in doing anything. App barely serviceable. Will never fly this airline again.
