absolutely awful app. I've tried for almost an hour to check-in online and the experience is appalling. First I select an add-on, then after being told that I'd have to phone someone (no number provided) to pay for it, I try to remove it and can't, so I had to call customer services. They told me to then wait 5 minutes, I did, tried the check-in journey again, failed, "encountered an issue". tried again, fail, again, fail. called customer services and they told to email tech support.

waste of time this App is which is so so so slow,once you do online check in you cannot add extra luggage or choose seat selection,even on return journey you cannot do anything. other airline apps like Qatar and Emirates have the ability to make seat and luggage changes,you go to a better airlines and you get q better experience.The airline is a mediocre version of the other middle Eastern airlines and a far far way to go before they reach their standards either by web app,on-board experience

My bed experienced booked flight oman air I need to reschedule and refund there is option but didn't work or nothing. I called so many times tollfree my cancelation and email there is no respond but nothing respond in email Lot of airlines good recommended services not this
