Soum app is really good. I bought a Dell laptop through it, and the seller was excellent. What he described was exactly what I received. I only had to go to their office to collect the delivery, but the product was 100% accurate. They first took the product to their office, checked it, and then sent it, which is a great approach. Thanks, Soum app.

Unfair app, the worst customer service ever, I have clearly post 8 photos for my phone very obvious, then the buyer returned the phone after distorting the cover by a regular tabe ,, I've sent a complaint but they said it happens !!! Also they took a 25 SR. As a guarantee to post my ad. Don't recommend it at all.

The app is not production ready as of the time of writing this review. Nothing works (not even clicking or scrolling) It might be a good idea to ensure that the app works properly before investing in advertising. Advertising at this stage is harmful to the brand.
