They walked me through a new update that perfectly resolved everything. Beyond technical support, their regular drinking water delivery service is outstanding. They are consistently on time with zero delays. I highly recommend them and am glad to give them a well-deserved five stars.

They are the best but poor service in term of sending app msg notification for time of arrival. I suggest they make this option for auto schedule and selection time slots and dates. driver do not whatsapp before delivery or a day before so we can reply if we are at home or not. Rate is high for other items and in hypermarkets less for juices and 1.5L except for 5 Gallon for Esaad holders. card should be saved and registered with bank, as each time needs to refill and authorize for small amounts.
