Ratings and reviews

Extremely poorly designed app that's keeps asking for permissions over phones entire memory. The app cannot even remember user credentials. Too many details required for registration which feels like engaging in a 100 year contract rather then a few bottles of water. Otp mechanism doesn't work properly. App keeps displaying update messages when there is no update required. Overall a 14 year old developer could develop a better app in 1 week then this one.

They charge extra amount between 4-26 AED on my account everytime I do a transaction without any reason. Receipt is correct but the wallet deduction is different. Been complaining about these but no response. Very poor service. Price is also not much different compared to the groceries and online delivery service.

The app and the customer service are really bad. I've created an account using my email and using my phone number, then I ordered some water and paid online. The next day the delivery guy comes and told me that I don't have a balance and didn't pay. I tried to reach the customer service using WhatsApp they said my number is not registered, and tried to call them using phone number also they didn't respond at all. This app is a scam because I don't know what happened to the money that I paid.
