App not helpful. They keep saying we are having technical issues Can you ask someone to respond to my requests in the app? I am not sure if I can reveal my account details on Google reviews? App does not have a way of canceling my subscription and no one responded to my requests in the app for the past three days Chat from the app does not have a live user and keeps saying we are having technical issues. Try again later. Also you have limitation on the comment length. Hard to communicate

I have been using ACT for the past 5 years. Have had speed and connectivity issues but was getting resolved by the team. Nowadays I'm getting my internet at a very low speed and often interrupting connectivity. Neither the local service teams or the corporate team is working to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience. on top with a sub par teams as the customer care representative attending the calls..!

The app is actually really good, but their service is the issue. They take days to resolve the issue, while other platforms provide subscriptions for multiple OTT apps, they provide only basic fibre net which usually worked good until recently. I have been facing issues with connection multiple times for the past month, each time they took 2-3 days to resolve the issue. In this era, taking days to resolve the issue is a crime. They will soon lose their complete market share to other competitors.
