Generally good and intuitive interface. Firmware updates are easy to manage as well. Some of the more advanced functions are a bit obscure though. I'm not well versed in network management, but not completely new either - I'd like to see that intuitive interface extended to the advanced features of network management: Mac address filtering, VPN settings and compatibility settings to name a few. Otherwise a good, solid app. Would recommend for basic ease of use.

The app framework is not bad and even reasonably laid out but the functionality is just not there. More often than not you push a setting and the app ignores it or forgets the settings a day later. I also want to call out the hardware as it is an integral part of the system as a whole. The spec on the be95 was second to none when released but the software was the problem. The mesh is terrible and I know it can be so much better. Plume is much more capable in this field and I ran out of words.

I switched to this system from another mesh system, and so far it seems much more stable and reliable. But the app is weird...it shows things like a camera as offline, but Ny time I use it, it is online and working fine. I assign devices to a specific Deco that is closest, but it doesn't always make the switch. Hopefully some easy software patches are coming 🤞
