Ratings and reviews

It's an okay app. Takes forever to accumulate the point. Rewards are fine.. Problem you need data to scan, or an emrates ID which is fair. The only useless thing is the when you don't have both, then you get you recipe for scanning.. That scanner this doesn't work at all. So you loose all tjose point and there's nothing you can do.

Very poor customer service. Even the app can silently cancel an order without any notification. They cancelled my LPG order two hours after I placed it, without informing me at all

Great App – Just One Suggestion The ADNOC app is really helpful and makes the whole fueling and rewards process smooth. I love using it! But one thing I wish they could improve is the QR code scanning limit. You can only scan 4 times a month, and sometimes I forget to give my ID to the attendant. It would be great if they allowed more scans or added a feature to scan the receipt later. Other than that, it's a great app. Hoping for more flexibility in future updates!
