poor quality service delivery is delayed and slow compared to the competition. App interface is also an issue. It doesn't scroll smoothly, and if you are browsing saved items, then going back will start from the top page. Mostly products now having no exchange no return option. If you are looking for branded clothes, then it's better to shop directly from the brand's website or app.

They sent wrong item in my first order itself. Although the item was easy to return after verification, but it left a disappointing experience. Placed another order after few months and they sent a different size! The stock of heavily discounted items is more than 2 years old! The level of commitment to mess up every order 100% of the time is not appreciated. The app UI is ok, the number of notifications is not. Also, there are no notification categories to disable unnecessary ones.

The Ajio app offers a diverse range of products spanning low, medium, and high price points. While the app provides a quick delivery service and efficient return and refund policies, one major issue is the frequent appearance of the error message "Oops, something went wrong." (Please provide a solution to this ) Despite this glitch, the app stands out for its genuine branded products and has the potential to compete strongly with Myntra.
