Amp Health delivers home exercise programs, direct communication between member and their providers, and criteria based progressions that improve outcomes.

This app is intended for use by members working with a caregiver currently using the Amp Health web application. The app allows you to:

- Receive and complete your home exercise programs
- Communicate securely with your providers
- Respond to assigned questionnaires including daily wellness reports and outcome scores
- Monitor your progress toward criteria set by your caregivers
