Most of the app design is nice and intuitive, but it is so incredibly buggy and poor performing. I don't leave reviews very often, but this app has infuriated me for the few days I have needed to use it for a stay at an all inclusive. I'm frustrated that I'm dependent on it, because half of the things is pretends to do just simply don't appear or work properly. Perhaps this is specific problems with my particular resort? Vivid Grand in Cancun.

It's missing features (like room service from the app), has multiple errors per day (venue locations or poor translations), constantly asks in a pop up window how easy it was to make a reservation, the map doesn't always show the most relevant info (missing building numbers and room numbers or maybe a "home" so it only shows you yours if privacy is a concern") and was overall inconvenient to use. I loved the lists of "what's going on tonight" and menus, but not enough to make it a positive :(

As an app it's pretty good but as a virtual room key there is definitely room for improvement. It failed to work once for my wife and twice for me. Clearing cache, re-registering, reinstalling all failed and each time we had to return to the front desk to resolve. Regardless, all of the staff at the Secrets Playa Mujeres Resort are amazing, friendly and professional even when the guests may not always be.
