Unable to install on my other Android devices due to install getting stuck at 68٪ everytime. Making difficult whilst we are in resort for reservations. please resolve.

Wont let me check in online with app or make reservation in advance for restaurants. Seems its bc I did not upgrade to privilege. Cant get beefeater strawberry gin and tonic unless privilege. Disappointing bc i visit often and first time at el beso wo privilege upgrade.

Absolutely horrid app. My scheduled stay in Rome is in 2 weeks and the app is pretty much worthless. There's overwriting where information is superimposed over one another and is not easily navigable. Can't retrieve my booking. Changed languages unexpectedly. Needs to be fixed immediately. I'm deleting the app. It's useless.
