Before now I could log in fine and access what I wanted, now I can't even log on. It tries to log me on then comes up with "oh something went wrong" or "update app". I have removed the app and reinstalled it, but I still get the two at different times. I contacted Arm via email for help and they sent me a link that doesn't even work. 😡😡😡

I honesty don't know the issue with your app. I have been unable to log in to my account for almost a month, even with the correct pen number and my password. The log in will just keep loading until it brings time out. I have also update the app. still the same thing. I will appreciate if some from you team can look into this.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED It has been ages that I am unable to log in to my account. It keeps telling me to update my app and once I click on the icon it will take me somewhere that takes forever to boot and also forever without any result. You can do better, and no one to responds to the multiple complaints because you guys don't even respond to anyone.
