ATM Milano Official App is the official app of Azienda Trasporti Milanesi, designed to help you move easily around Milan and its surroundings using public transport.

Ratings and reviews

Good for buying tickets. Using tickets rely on QR codes instead of contactless payments, unless you set up a fiscal code(!) in your HOME COUNTRY before you arrive in Italy(!!). In addition, the map function is entirely useless and I found myself going to Google even for timetables.

cannot register, tried several different emails, checked spam. first email received, the second one to actually proceed never arrives. support email o. the website is also I correct. absolute shambles

This app is a flaming wreck. Used it for 4 days in Milan and it crashed constantly, especially at turnstiles—leaving us stuck like fools while crowds piled up. It’s like they gave a toddler a crayon and told them to code. Unreliable, embarrassing, and rage-inducing. Get a physical ticket unless you enjoy delays, glitches, and public humiliation. Shameful.
