Terrible app!! Set up my username and password at the bank the other day, and made sure to write it all down so I remembered. Went to go log in and apparently I never even set up an account. Totally ticks me off, better off with RBC. Should've never switched over, thinking of switching back.

Genuinely the worst app experience i have ever had, any other banking app is better in almost every regard, on top of the constant errors, the service charge is absolutely outrageous, I've already switched banks, I don't recommend you deal with the hassle.

I don't know what everyone gripes about. I work overseas and have better luck with this app than my BMO one or any other financial services I use. except there a few things I can't do on the mobile app like accessing some of our investment information, but for that in log in on my laptop and things go fine... as long as my internet is stable. and that's not the fault of the app.
