Initially was very easy to use. Now it keeps crashing when I try to add new expenses. It is up to date.

I have added EOB"s to two different transactions and they are still listed as pending. I have now received a letter in the mail that my card will be suspended if I don't send the info.This is a terrible app.

App does not allow you to respond to returned claims. They are always trying to redirect you back to faxing. Service does not direct deposit claim funds.
