sangat kecewa, respon sangat lambat selambat siput, saat login via google account dan mengirim otp ke email, sayang sekali kode yang di copy saat kembali ke halaman Adobe responnya mengulang dari awal untuk mengirim otp seperti itu berulang kali sampe lumutan saya

mohon kembalikan saldo Dana saya yg tiba2 terpotong sebesar 498 rb, padahal ketika saya mendownload aplikasi ini sama sekali tidak berlangganan dan anehnya jika berlangganan tidak ada penarikan saldo setiap bulan, tapi tiba terpotong sangat banyak. Mana lagi uang yg terpotong adalah uang Cust sy untuk pesan kue yg di tf ke Dana bagaimana saya harus menggantinya?

tolong kembalikan saldo dana saya yang tiba tiba kepotong Rp. 498.340,saya tidak tau mengenai langganan premium, kok tiba tiba langsung kepotong tanpa persetujuan, saya sudah mengajukan refund tetapi ditolak padahal sudah melakukan prosedur refund dari Google Play, tolong di notice!
