There's an issue when uploading from the download folder that it makes the app crash. It's one of the files in the folder, I moved them to separate folders, and that solved the issue. I give it stars because lately, the uploading speed is freaking slow. It uploads faster through my phone's native network storage access.

Hello, Thanks for the feedback, and we're checking further and will fix the issue ASAP. The sorting function is supported while selecting files for uploading, but some specific files will cause the crashing if sorting by name. The issue will be fixed in the next release. The app is disconnecting, does not upload files automatically, you need to open le app, login again to start uploading the new files. Synology did not had this problem at all. please fix this asap.

Hello, Please help to check if the background process is allowed or not for AiData in your phone settings. Especially for Samsung device, it have extra settings to disallow the background process automatically if the app is not be added to the allow list. Skip functionality while coping local files to nas is not working. Writing the files again. after few months of usage: same issue, the file should have been completely skipped. But large files are taking more than a minute to skip.
