Ratings and reviews

This app is definitely good but needs ux improvement. I am a host and a guest. Switching between modes should NOT be buried in menus. It should be an icon that's always displayed. When I am looking at messages I want to see when they are booked on the same page so I don't confuse guests. Force hosts to fill out things like WiFi assword so you don't have to enter the place to get that crucial info. You may need WiFi to contact host etc. I want more search options like place with balcony.

As a host, it does what it needs to do. But the messaging module is annoying: 1) Text box is too small, displays only 4 lines, so you can't see what you wrote above that (unless you scroll the message). 2) The "send" button is *inside* the text box. It's easy to inadvertently hit it trying to relocate the cursor to edit. Either move it, or at least allow a confirmation b4 sending. May 10 update: messaging module still annoying! And now can't click on a guest in the calendar!

I'm a big fan of staying at Airbnbs, especially with high rates for hotels, so I really love this app. It's easy to search and add amenities you're looking for, and my favorite feature is the wish list. It's easy to add and organize homes for future stays. It's also easy to view photos and reviews, and message your host directly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
