Ratings and reviews

Overall, the app is pretty functional. However, if you try to send an image in a message and it fails to upload, the image just stays there in your message screen as a failed upload. You have to scroll up past all the failed image uploads to get to the most recent message. There is no "delete" or "resend" option. Just images that won't go anywhere. The only fix I've found is to uninstall and then reinstall the app.

Unusable. Unable to sign in because it does not receive code from email (wrong code error, but the code is the same) and does not send SMS to phone number. DO NOT USE THIS APP if you do not want to lose your airbnb account. This app also has many other annoying bugs, such as the cursor jumping to the end of the text every time I try to edit a word in the middle of the text. This Android app is a complete disaster.

I've been an Airbnb user for many years; I have 50 all-positive reviews on my profile. At some point, the interface was changed to not display fees on the venue listings. This is a bizarre choice. I tried to book a $96 place for a night, and was shown a $200 cleaning fee on the last page of the booking process. Ended up booking a hotel for $200 instead. I don't mean that the fees are hidden on the page - I mean they're not shown at all.
