자꾸 연결이 끊어집니다. 연결로딩도 오래걸리고 연결후에 화질도 많이 떨어집니다. 카메라폰을 여러대 바꾸어도 보고 자주 위치도 바꾸어 보는데 연결상태도 화질도 별로네요. 유료회원입니다.

무료사용 하던중에 영상은 잘 보이는데 음성은 수시로 끊기길래 유료로 전환했는데도 음성이 자주 끊기는군요 무슨 문제가 있어서 그런건지 답변 부탁드립니다! 그리고 전화 연락처 좀 알려 주세요~

무료버전을 사용 중인데 편리하고 좋지만 광고때문에 유료로 업그레이드하려고 하는데 업그레이드 결제는 어떻게 하나요? 업그레이드가 안되는 상태면 어플에서 업그레이드 할 때 업그레이드가 안된다는 안내를 해주셨으면 합니다.
