Amazon A to Z gives you access to all the tools to manage your work-life at Amazon. Use the app to manage your profile information, submit time off requests, check your schedule, claim extra shifts, see the latest news, and more.

Getting started:

• As an Amazon hourly Associate, download the A to Z app
• Login with your Amazon login credentials (not your personal Amazon account)
• Update your profile if needed with your phone number and emergency contact
• Verify your direct deposit information
• Configure your notification preferences to stay in the know

After getting the basics out of the way, A to Z will be your portal to everything from schedule management to getting your Amazon.com discount code.

Ratings and reviews

This app takes way too long to open (typically, at least a full minute or more) both at work and away from work. These issues have gotten steadily worse over the last few years. The latest "update" takes this app to an entirely new level of terrible. Still takes forever to open, and now, every time that you open it, you have to go through the slowest ever login process. Since this app is required for work can you PLEASE make the damn thing work?

Every time I open the app, it gets to the home screen and then becomes unresponsive while seemingly trying to load the punch data. The only way to do anything in the app is to turn off the wifi so that it can't try to load any data, navigate to the page you need, turn the wifi back on and refresh the current page. And even that doesn't always work because it sometimes decides to just boot you back to the homepage so it can lock up again.

the functionality of the app is great! you can manage time punches and use PTO or UPT straight from the app! important news at your location is fairly easy to get to. All of your benefits are accessible from here. However recently, I've ran into a bug that prevents me from logging in through the app until I restart. it will work for a day or 2, then I have to restart again, otherwise it will endlessly load. no issues through the website. until I can find a solution, I can only give it 2 stars.
