Constantly crashes on my Samsung. The iPhone remote control only shows screen share after pressing multiple pop-ups on iPhone. Tried to delete my account but was unable to. Waste of time, but I'm glad I didn't purchase 3 years of service prior to testing it. I am still on the lookout for some way to help an elderly person with their iPhone.

wooooh i have used remote access software in the past but this one right here, it's amazing. It does what exactly you want it to do,its reliable fast and efficient. For me,it turns my laptop and desktop into a mobile phone with that touch mode feature. I'm loving it. I would have given 5 stars but the fact that the access password changes anytime the machine switches off,4 stars would be fair enough.. Yes i understand its a security/privacy measure but can it be optional?

Obsurdly finicky controls: 1. mouse overlay moves screen way too much causing click and drag when trying to left click (stupid that there's no way to deactivate this). 2. sometimes screens move for no reason at all (especially after 2-finger zooming) causing me to click on something else on a completely different screen. 3. Virtual keyboard only types when—nevermind, there's no discernable pattern. 4. Taps mostly register as hovers. 5. No way to hold ctrl during a mouse click. An absolute p.o.s.
