Device arrived broken. Button doesn't click or press. In case it's the battery, I charged the device. Lights came on while charging but the button is still not working. When I contacted customer support, they told me to buy another cable in order to diagnose the device... lol what? I bought a new device. I expect it to work. I don't expect to make additional purchases to diagnose why my new device doesn't work. Instead of just offering me a replacement, I now have to pay to ship it back.

Faulty device received. After charging well over 2 hours and seeing a solid green light on device, it would not connect. Called support after exhausting all recommended troubleshooting steps (dont do these first just call) just to go through them again. Device wouldn't do anything and after 20 minutes I was instructed to charge it for 8 hours as the only path for return/replacement. Terrible customer experience

Connectivity issues. Aggravating! I've had nothing but issues with the Apollo. Settings don't stay on. Night Vibes rarely work and even though I wear the watch all night, the app constantly tells me no data since I didn't wear it. Vibes are locked even though I have a full subscription. Contacted customer service at least 15 times and have gotten nowhere. Asked how to return and again, silence. Do not recommend! I'm so angry. No support at all. Waste.
