The app is good for ordering online and arranging collection from your preferred store. As for collecting Nectar points then avoid using the app as, in my experience, you won't get them. A big spend resulted in zero Nectar points and a tortuous search failed to reveal any method of engaging with a customer support person (NOT a bot) to resolve the issue.

not much of help that just a catalogue of items. chat for help option is useless, it crashes out completely finished if you close the app, even if the chat is unfinished. other apps let's you continue if the chat is not finished. items shown as same day delivery ready, goes to one week delivery time when placed the order. The chat help is just prompt to cancel the order than help. items shown out of stock, is still shown in the browsing list, despite clicking th toggle

Any thing i've ordered or have gone into Argos i've been happy with the out come and ive had store cards and finished paying up for Item's before the store card has exspired ? good service and good products and has taken back item's back and changed them when have been broken once so nice poilcy's ! so i've been happy using Argos Thank you so much !
