Ratings and reviews

Terrible queue system that can easily be manipulated by bots...I've never successfully pre-ordered anything with the Drops through the app. "Coming Soon" turns to "In Line" to "Sold Out". Hot items like TCG products for the family to a standing mixer for my wife to a monitor for myself, it doesn't matter...everything is instantly sold out after the Pre-Order option becomes available.

Absolutely terrible. Freezes randomly or just flat refuses to load pages like when I click on a product or go to check my repair status. Sometimes it just decides to sign out randomly, then you have to go through the annoying sign in process - which is ridiculous.... It gives you the option to use text code, password, or email however if you try to use your password, it just goes to a page where it wants to text a code anyway - then force you to change your password even if you don't want to.

It could be better. It's good enough for shopping, but people also use the app to stay on top of their bill. A feature that tells you where you are in your financing promo would be a 10/10. Example: you buy a fridge with 12 month term. In the purchase, the fridge shows 11 months left to pay off without interest. So you aren't over or under estimating.
