Ratings and reviews

Sorting and filtering is decent but the UX with how everything has to reload on every page even going back to what you just looked at, with constant errors, while being slower than molasses in January, usually deters me from the app. And if I happen to forget about the issues and pull it up, it only takes the first load screen or maybe one click to remind me why I don't spend much time there. It's a bummer. I used to buy a lot of stuff here. 😔 Hope it gets better some day.

Absolutely terrible. Freezes randomly or just flat refuses to load pages like when I click on a product or go to check my repair status. Sometimes it just decides to sign out randomly, then you have to go through the annoying sign in process - which is ridiculous.... It gives you the option to use text code, password, or email however if you try to use your password, it just goes to a page where it wants to text a code anyway - then force you to change your password even if you don't want to.

Terrible queue system that can easily be manipulated by bots...I've never successfully pre-ordered anything with the Drops through the app. "Coming Soon" turns to "In Line" to "Sold Out". Hot items like TCG products for the family to a standing mixer for my wife to a monitor for myself, it doesn't matter...everything is instantly sold out after the Pre-Order option becomes available.
