Kind of slow And I'd prefer to see the newspaper ad... and I can't seem to check out or select a store, is this after bug fixes???
Terrible... Have to keep signing in over and over. (For example... Was having problems so I exited the app and signed in again... Went to check out and it asked me to sign in to get my points). Also didn't have my Best Buy card info that Best Buy asked if I wanted to save to my profile for future use. Also very slow...
Way better than the old app! Everything is smoother and works better than it used to. The two improvements I would make are 1) Zoom in on images, I can barely see them, and 2) I cleared my shopping cart but it still has the red circle notification saying I have two items in there. Those are the only two reasons this isn't get 5 stars, but fixing those would make it worth it!
Has notifications that you can't turn off I have all notifications off. I still get them. This review won't let me give zero stars.
No way to sort open box item types Since they changed it, there is no way to sort which type of item you're looking at for when in clearance our open box section of the app. Before you could see only the tv's or cell phone accessories if you liked. Now you have to read the whole list if you want to find anything. Please fix this. It has been quite a few months now. July 2015. Still no good way to sort the open box or clearance items to find just tvs or individual item types. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!!
Laggy App is great from a functionality standpoint. The layout and features are intuitive. Essentially the app is a fully functional version of the website. On the downside, the app runs in the background. I'm not a fan of that. Also the app constantly restarts in the background every time the phone goes from mobile data to WiFi. This causes severe lag and overheating. Uninstalled
