App is rough, pretty difficult to navigate. And trying to pay my credit card bill through the app is a major pain every single time. Tells me my user and password are wrong (which I know they aren't) then when I try to change it, the app errors out, then tells me I have to call CS. Then I have to enter all of my info on the phone, finally get ahold of somebody, then they ask for all the same info again, some of it 2/3 times. Then seem clueless as to why I'm calling. Super frustrating.

Can't access statements. It's basically a mess... Terrible to navigate. You can't download statements because the app formats are actually for laptops and PCs. Why do you have that in the app? Changing the settings to paper statements, paperless is useless. Navigating between Best Buy /Citi Card has been notoriously bad for many years. I finally gave up after several years, left, but came back wanting to get a TV... it's still bad.

Used to work great. Now, every time I open it, I'm greeted with "We're sorry, something went wrong. We're having trouble with the connection." The app is then unusable. This happens on both WiFi and cellular data, and clearing cache or clearing data and logging back in have no effect. 👎 It's an app problem specifically because the site works fine in both Chrome and Firefox. Maybe that's the goal? To push people off the app?
